Horwin EK1 is launching soon in Nepal.

Pioneer World Wide, the authorized distributor of Horwin electric products in Nepal, is entering the Nepali market.

After debuting with the Henrey Mincar, Pioneer Worldwide will also introduce Europe’s leading brand in electric mobility.

The company is planning to start off with three of its electric two-wheelers: Horwin EK1, Horwin CR6, and Horwin SK3.

We will talk about Horwin EK1 in this article.

Horwin EK1 is made for daily commutes. More importantly, it puts focus on its modern design, uni-body styling, and popping colors.

As for the pricing, the Horwin EK1 price in Nepal is expected to be around Rs. 3.75 Lakhs.

Interestingly, it will be one of the more affordable Horwin offerings for the Nepali market.

With that said, let’s take a quick look at the Horwin EK1 in Nepal along with its key specifications.

Unlike its siblings, the Horwin EK1 sports a more familiar moped design.

The front section gets a sleek appearance with Intelligent Three Lenses LED Headlight. Moreover, the DLR and Side Indicators are Integrated within the scooter body.

Interestingly enough, the side section looks very stylish.

Horwin has heavily focused on ergonomic design with its spacious footboard and seats. It should help make the scooter more comfortable.

Furthermore, it comes with vacuum tyres which should last longer than ordinary tyres.

The wheel hubs are made up of aluminum alloys, giving them outstanding stability and resilience.

The rear profile also gets a matching aesthetic. It includes a unique LED Tail Lamp with Integrated side indicators.

Additionally, Horwin EK1 is available in four different colors: Orange, Blue, Black, and White.

Horwin SK3 is powered by a 2.0kW Hub Motor. It generates a max power of 2.8kW and a max torque of 145 Nm.

Moreover, it can reach a top speed of 65 Kmph.

It is supported by a 72V36Ah Lithium-Ion Battery. It can fully charge in just five hours, with a claimed range of 90-100Km.

EK1 is equipped with High-Voltage Intelligent Lithium Battery. Furthermore, there is an additional option for Dual Battery configuration.

The Twin Hydraulic Shock Absorbers handle suspension duties at the front and rear.

It gets a Dual Disc configuration without any kind of CBS.

The dimensions are 1900mm in length, 690mm in width, and 1130mm in height. Moreover, the wheelbase is 1320mm.

Horwin EK1 gets a 155mm ground clearance. And, the kerb weight is 92kg.

Horwin Nepal is currently busy building the Horwin showroom at Naxal. Hence, the showroom opening will likely coincide with the launch of its newest product.

EK1 has set itself as a premium product with many interesting features.

While the scooter itself isn’t as feature-rich as its other Horwin siblings, the overall styling is one of the most eye-catching ones.

Nevertheless, it is still too early to call for judgment.
