With the beginning of the holiday, the simplicity and comfort of home are particularly important. This is the time of the year when family and friends get together to share old and new traditions. The first stage homeowners of the Antilles celebrated their first Thanksgiving in their new home, and some people are beginning to realize that their own Grand Coach Homes spacious kitchens are designed to meet this need. Two long upper and lower cabinet walls are located on both sides of the central island, making all necessary preparation, cooking and service equipment within easy reach, while also providing deep enough counter space for multiple chefs and conversations for easy coexistence. The large room surrounds the rest of the kitchen, allowing open views and traffic to flow comfortably between the living and dining areas.

If the kitchen is the core of the family, especially during the holidays, then the large island of Grand Coach Home is the core of the kitchen. Almost 9 feet long, it can accommodate 3 or 4 seats on its elegant curved-edge quartz countertop. Each end of the countertop also provides enough overhangs to accommodate 1 or 2 more, making it almost public . The island was built to fight the heights, to attract guests to sit at leisure, but at the same time deep enough that they can stay, eat snacks and enjoy the happy chaos of getting together. It is opposite to the cooking area and far apart, which provides enough elbow room for multiple chefs to move around while still maintaining their festive spirit. Good lighting from recessed and overhanging installations and a walk-in pantry large enough to require your own ceiling light to complete a well-designed kitchen. As with all Antilles houses, stainless steel appliances, Kohler fixtures and solid wood, and Shaker style cabinets with soft-closing assembly are included as standard accessories. This is the kind of kitchen that makes people feel at home.

The Antilles is a new 54-acre community in southern Naples. The site was selected for its tranquil and natural environment. Even in the peak season, its location at the far end of the long road creates a tranquil atmosphere for the community, which is further enhanced by the surrounding protected areas and deep landscape installations. The expansive 110,000-acre Rookery Bay Reserve is a neighbor in the western Antilles and provides a feeling of open space to the community, which is enhanced by the wide, barrier-free landscape in all directions. Only palm trees and tropical leaves can set off the wide view of the Antilles. To beautify the property, JMD Development installed 550 Sabal palm trees on the surrounding walls.

Natural sightings have become a source of endless conversation among residents. Freshwater bluegill fish were found in the 5-acre waterscape Kingfisher Lake in the Antilles. The majestic flight patterns of local and migratory birds add amazing highlights to everyone's daily life. As the Antilles is far away from the wide Collier Avenue corridor, all its inherent advantages are only a few minutes away from the best attractions of Old Naples and Marco Island. Beaches, food, galleries, shopping venues, and endless fishing and boating opportunities abound in all directions throughout the year. Southwest Florida is a world-class attraction, and the Antilles has excellent access to all attractions.

After completion, there will be 212 houses. The first phase of construction has been completed and almost sold out. It includes 3-bedroom classic residences with attached garages and luxury coach residences, ranging in size from 1,509 to 2,444 square feet, and 12-unit low-rise residences, which are designed as elevator buildings on the 2nd floor of the ground parking lot. They have two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,448 to 1,698 square feet. All low-rise houses are allocated 2 parking spaces, and the top-level unit has a single-car garage as one of its spaces. Since the start of the project, the prices of the remaining phase 1 units have been starting at US$400,000, and the low monthly fee has always been a strong motivation for buyers.

The rest of the 4-unit passenger car home in the Antilles will be built in rolling construction. The Grand Coach Homes currently under construction will move in in February, and the pre-sale activities have been active. Their price is in the middle of 500,000 U.S. dollars and is the largest unit in the Antilles. Construction of the smaller Classic Coach Homes will begin soon. They are also 3 bedroom units with a screened porch and 1 car garage, and offer a 1,500 square foot floor plan. They will continue to occupy an important part of the 54-acre community.

The value of Antilles houses has been reflected in every step of the design and construction process. The elegant West Indies style architecture defines the way the community is presented. The buildings are finished in modern gray stucco, with simple and influential details. Reinforced concrete slabs with moisture barrier and structurally designed reinforced concrete block structures are the foundation of every Antilles building. Both the impact-resistant exterior doors and low-radiation aluminum windows meet the hurricane rating. Schlage hardware is standard. Including 16 SEER Carrier high-efficiency air-conditioning and heating systems and paver sidewalks and driveways. The ceiling and external masonry walls are insulated. The interior is all solid wood, 8-foot doors and wide ceramic tiles, and designer carpets are laid in the bedrooms. All units have pantry, laundry room, bed linen and separate bedroom closets, and each has a custom-made wooden shelf system designed to promote air circulation. Garage parking and shielded Lanais complete every residence in the Antilles. Many of these standards are sold as upgraded versions in other development projects.

Located in the center of the Antilles, the Flamingo Club leisure center is a social and meeting point for homeowners, providing them with a beautiful and well-designed base camp to start a new life as they grow into a community. The huge heated spa and 3,500-square-foot resort swimming pool have become the most popular attractions, while the oversized Tiki Hut has views of regular petanque and Peak Stadium, as well as the recently completed 4-hole putting green. The sunset there is spectacular. The fitness center and social gathering rooms lead to the outdoor living area, with views of Kingfisher Lake’s elegant three-story fountain and spacious pergola shaded dialogue and fire pits. The club’s business, meeting and administrative service areas can be used by the owners, and the catering kitchen can be used for events. As an additional benefit to its owners, JMD Development has prepared on-site guest rooms and suites for occasional use by the owners when seasonal visitors overflow or other factors need to find additional short-term space.
